Interactive Marketing Company, Elliance, Announces New Account Director

Kate Tomlinson joined Elliance as an Account Director. With 18 years of branding and marketing experience in a multitude of industries, Kate offers significant expertise in communications strategy and planning, interactive marketing, business development, and account management.
“More and more clients are turning to us to help bring clarity to their brand since they realize interactive now leads the brand,” explained Abu Noaman, CEO of Elliance. “ Kate’s unique background makes her the perfect person to help our clients strengthen their brand on web, social and mobile.”
Prior to joining Elliance, she was Vice President at BarkleyREI (formerly Ripple Effects Interactive) where she held a number of leadership roles, including overseeing the client services group and online marketing and social media services. Prior to BarkleyREI, she served as Director of User Experience at Brady Communications, Experience Design Lead at Zefer, and Vice President at Siegel + Gale. Her industry experience spans higher education, tourism, non profits, insurance, and finance, among others. 

Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing from Marquette University and her Master of Arts degree in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University. She also completed Carnegie Mellon's Executive Program for Cognitive Design Techniques for Interface Design and Implementation.
