Pittsburgh—For the third time in its history, Elliance earned a spot on Pittsburgh Business Times’ list of the Top 100 fastest growing companies in the Pittsburgh region.
Elliance is an eMarketing firm that provides small and midsize companies with the tools and solutions they need to increase Web performance.
Elliance doubled the size of its staff in the past year, a growth fueled by sales of its ennect online marketing tool suite: ennectMail, ennectSurvey, ennectSweeps, and ennectEvent.
The ennect suite won Cisco’s Growing with Technology Award in 2005 and ranked a finalist for Dell’s Excellence in Innovation Award for the innovative use of technology. Click here for additional information about ennect's marketing software.
“Our clients, whether a university, financial service provider or consumer brand company, want the same result,” says Elliance Chief Executive Officer Abu Noaman. “They want to attract, engage and retain customers, and they want to do it faster and with fewer resources.”
The ennect eMarketing product suite gives medium-sized companies the same emarketing power that the Fortune 100 firms enjoy. “You don’t have to be Kraft or Honda to gain the operational efficiencies,” CEO Noaman says. “It’s all about the intelligence and imagination with which you apply emarketing tools.”
Current Elliance clients use ennect emarketing tools to deliver customized email campaigns, to elicit customer feedback on new product designs, to survey members and alumni, to cross-promote products and services, and to tap emerging markets.
“If we can pull reliable customer feedback in days, not weeks, and for pennies per customer, then emarketing makes undeniable business sense.” says CEO Noaman.
Elliance is joined on the Pittsburgh Business Times’ Top 100 list by two neighboring tenants within the Confluence building (Bally Design and Confluence). With easy access to downtown, North Shore, Washington’s Landing and the riverfront greenway, Elliance has attracted and retained a young, dynamic workforce.
“The first wave of Gen Xers taught us that quality of life impacts quality of work,” says CEO Noaman. “We serve a national client base, and we attract national talent by offering location and amenities that rival those in places like Seattle or Boston.
