Elliance just launched a new website for Washington Federal Savings. By tapping into their bank web design experience, Elliance was able to make this website serve as an extension of the bank’s branches.
The visuals, copy and overall structure of the site emphasize the strong connection this bank has to their community. For example, the homepage includes a map illustration, snapshots of real customers and their stories, plus links to community news and community projects.
To show the personal relationships the bank has with their customers, the product pages feature a “Meet your Banker” section with the photo and name of a Washington Federal employee.
Elliance also improved the navigation of the site. Washington Federal takes pride in being easy to do business with and that wasn’t the impression a visitor got from the old site’s confusing structure.
