Scott Rhodes, an enrollment marketing expert with fourteen years of experience, has joined Elliance as a Senior Strategist, leading the firm's efforts to use multi-faceted communication to move the needle for their clients in higher education.
Scott knows the admissions landscape from the ground up, having begun his career as an Admissions Counselor at Shenandoah University. At Shenandoah, Scott counseled prospective applicants planned recruitment activities and represented the University to prospects and their families. He went on to become Assistant Director of Admissions at Duquesne University, Executive Director of Admissions and Marketing at Concordia University, and Associate Vice President for Enrollment at Saint Leo University.
Scott has worked closely with customer relationship management systems, web marketing, and search engine optimization systems to achieve and exceed targets. He’s performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs, and increased visits, applicants and enrollees across the board.
Throughout his career, Scott’s work has had measurable impact on the admissions and enrollment efforts of his employers. He raised tuition revenue by more than $15 million, lowered overall discounts by as much as 10 percent, and consistently enrolled the largest and most competitive classes in school history.
As a senior strategist at Elliance, Scott plays a critical role in the company's work with a wide range of colleges and universities. With his experience in enrollment strategy and his interest in new and evolving technologies, Scott is helping position Elliance for success, now and in the future.
