Elliance Shares Expertise on Information Architecture and Podcasting

April 02, 2009

Two Pittsburgh Internet seminars will feature Elliance team members as presenters. Geoff Barnes will discuss, Information Architecture as Storytelling, at Pittsburgh Web Design Day on April 4. The following day, Alex Landefeld will teach, What is Podcasting?, at Micro Media Lab.

Barnes, an information/solutions architect with Elliance, has over 10 years experience creating usability-driven websites and software. Before joining Elliance, he co-designed the Media Arts Web Design BFA degree program at Robert Morris University.

Landefeld works in customer support at Elliance. A long-time technology proponent in Pittsburgh, Alex participated in the first Podcamp Pittsburgh in 2006 and has been involved with this yearly event ever since.

"The fact that our employees volunteer their time to take part in these conferences on the weekend shows the passion they have towards their profession," said Abu Noaman, Elliance’s CEO. "That passion enhances the work we do for our clients."
