In his years of experience with Elliance, Andrew established the company as the Inc. Inner City award winner for two consecutive years and as a Business 2.0 top web development firm. As a respected business leader, Andrew served on the national Business Marketing Association’s Board of Directors as a web strategy expert. He is a sought after speaker and has spoken to various groups including the American Advertising Federation, Business Marketing Association, Second Wind, Automotive Aftermarket Council,Chamber of Commerce, and various local Ad Clubs across the U.S. Prior to joining Elliance, he was an integral part of the executive sales team at Nets, Inc./Industry Net, the first online business to business marketplace. During his employment, Andrew was responsible for development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy, acquisition, and solution delivery for C-level Fortune 500 customers. He has worked in supervisory roles with a large bank in Pittsburgh and served as a marketing consultant for the Centre for International Business in Cleveland, Ohio. Todd Erkel Higher Education Practice Area ManagerTodd Erkel assists higher education clients, working with enrollment-marketing and admissions teams to deliver great Web sites, e-marketing and search engine marketing campaigns for universities.Todd’s higher education background includes more than 15 years of strategic communication and enrollment marketing experience. As a consultant for higher education clients, Todd has been part of award-winning educational marketing campaigns, from initial search through yield. He has worked on re-branding efforts, viewbooks, ad campaigns, admissions, alumni magazines, Web sites, and related recruitment materials for a range of clients. Todd’s work has been recognized with more than a dozen Admissions Marketing Advertising Awards. His list of past and present higher education clients includes: Bethany College, Carnegie Mellon University, Duquesne University, North Central College, Robert Morris University, St. Francis University, University of Maryland and University of Pittsburgh. Early in his career, Todd was part of the editorial team that guided the University of Pittsburgh’s alumni publication from a newsprint tabloid to an award-winning four-color magazine. “Pitt Magazine” was named a finalist for CASE Sibley Award for the nation’s best alumni magazine. Todd won several individual CASE Gold Awards as well. Todd has been interviewed for print, TV and radio. Roger Slayton Vice President Client StrategyRoger applies more than 20 years of experience in marketing technology to his position as vice president of eBusiness services for Elliance.In this role, he identifies interactive strategies to solve business needs and manages the delivery and execution of client projects. Serving many diverse channels, Roger has lead engagements for non-profit sector clients including the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, Pennsylvania Economy League, Coro Center for Civic leadership, and the Heinz Endowments. Prior to joining Elliance, Roger held the position of chief information officer for an operating unit of Merrill Lynch. During his employment, Roger formulated the company’s eBusiness strategy, creating the technology of automated property appraisals and implemented a Total Quality Management program. Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and completed numerous business and technology management executive level training programs throughout his career. |
